Capitol View is a historic neighborhood established in 1912 and is on the proposed Atlanta Beltline and just minutes from Ft. McPherson which will be redeveloped after closing in 2011. In a rapidly gentrifying area, Capitol View offers folk Victorian homes and Craftsman Bungalows in a quaint village-like setting at affordable prices within minutes of downtown and Midtown.
