Former estate of Henry Sanderson/Frederick Wheeler, Mediterranean Villa c. 1915. Hunt & Hunt designed estate, Olmsted did landscaping. Used for sometime as the St. Francis Monastery. A designer showcase was staged on the estate in the mid-2010's.

It is is now in private hands as a residence following a restoration by Schneider Architectural Works. The interior and exterior were used as a filming location for S1E1 of the HBO series "Pan Am", HBO movie "The Many Saints of Newark" (2021), and for the Amazon series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel".
