New blocks of flats dubbed "Dennistoun Village" by the developers. A mixture of 7 floor and smaller units with a small garden area featuring a statue commemorating the visit of Wild Bill's Rodeo Carnival. The most southerly of the buildings was once the site of the old Dennistoun Palace Theatre (later a cinema), which was closed in the 1970s and converted into a Fine Fare supermarket. It was demolished in the early 2000s to make way for this housing estate.
