The National Monument to the Flag (in spanish, Monumento Nacional a la Bandera) is a symbol of the city construction of Rosario, Argentina. Park is nestled in the National Flag at the site where General Manuel Belgrano hoisted the flag for the first time Argentina, February 27, 1812, along the Parana River. To commemorate the birth of the flagship country, referred to by its name, is one of a kind. It was designed by architects Ángel Guido Alejandro Bustillo, and sculptors worked Bigatti and Jose Alfredo Fioravanti. Then Edward would add works of Peter Barnes and accessories Cresta. It has a tower 70 m high with a lookout at the top, a crypt in tribute to General Manuel Belgrano, a Civic and the Propylaea Patio. In the basement of the latter is the Hall of Honor of American Flags. Our architecture is similar to that of buildings constructed during fascism in Italy and Nazism in Germany and is the only monument in the world dedicated to a Flag.
