Place where Namdev dropped us at Jaigarh jetty

This is the exact location where Namdev, the boatman whom we hired from Jambhari dropped us off after an exhilarating 1 1/2 hours boat ride through the back waters of the Sashtri/jaigarh river . Tourism can really boost up the lives of people like Namdev whom we paid a paltry Rs. 250/- for the ride at the cost of his disel which i am sure must have costed more than 3/4th of that amount. What we attempted was an unconventional approach. We could hav gone to Rai-Bhatgav jetty at the mouth of the sashtri river and commandered a boat from there but it wud hav been a 3 hr ride to the jaigad jetty and would have definately costed us a lot more beacuse of the regular use of the service by the passangers of the Deccan odyssey train (A point which was so thoughtfully brought to my notice by Richa).
