The Roscoe Wind Farm is located southwest of US Highway 84 and north of Interstate 20 between Loraine and Roscoe about 9-19 miles west of Sweetwater, Texas. The western side of the wind farm buts against the later Loraine wind farms. Commissioned in 2008, it consists of 209 Mitsubishi MWT-1000-61 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 209 MW.
