  • I would like to know how cool is it to buy plots in Surya nagar. I mean can I construct a house and still work in the city?
  • It is very tough to get plots in surya city, if you get the plots you should consider yourself lucky. it is 10mins from ecity and 25mins from koramangala and 1hrs from mejastic so you can work any part in south bangalore and have your own beautiful house on the land. Surya City is 285acres and it has fresh air.
  • Being this Layout developped by Karnataka Housing Board, Its infrastructure and basic facilities development and fair handing over well in time to the benificiaries is definitely influeced by the ruling Goverment and their decissions. If the same is developped un biassed and handed over well in time, then it will be really useful.

  • Recently visited Surya Nagar Phase 2 region. Development activity is going on and the facility provided is very best (roads, water tanks, Trees for future) in the city. I suggest people to visit the place once.
  • those who didnt get in 2010 first lottery they will get compalsary in 2nd lottory. its not good to take money back. prices already doubled.

  • This is a nice place to live. However, the quality of the construction in Phase 1 is terrible. If it is anything similiar, those who get the lottery should not be considered lucky. Most of the owners in Phase 1 are unable to sell, though when considering the price paid, it looked like a steal!

  • As the official at the Surya city KHB office most of the time sleeping, and as well anti people attitude, why they collect the heavy mainteance charge what far, we the LIG independent house, owner demand the justice, as well the Flats,, LIG, demand justic,e since there proper road, no water, no clean environment,, and why the Govt , and CM not looking into this problem and if possible make privatization of the KHB , surya city Phase I,, nearly 10 years, over, but still same scenario no development,, We people , Resident demand justice from the Great sleepoing housing minsiter, , ,,, real time actor as well,, but even in ,,, real life, drama,,, sir we the people voted,, but next election its become tought task,... If the justice if not provided as well the KHB office at surya city must be resident friendsly and shift the corrupt officials,, as well transfer them to remote,, We people demand justice,, LIG independent house owners as well residents, of Flats,, here by bring CM attnetion,, since, its is urgent ..WE demand justice,, why we need to pay heavy mainteance charge,, , is it for their enjoyment , is it for thier cards playing , gossiping during office hours,, why ? As well we association,, member demand justice, or close down this office make it privatized immediately,, dear CM visit this, take the acition on the corrupt and lazy official staff,,, why we people need tofeed with heavy salaries, doing nothing, we need buses also as well the BMTC must look into this matter,, the CM must act now,,
