  A Butchery, Restaurant and Pub were you can eat one of Ethiopia's favourite dish “Raw Beef”. Raw Beef is served with a selection of chilli spices( Mitmitta, Awaze, Senafich, Hamot) to help almost instantly cook or marinate the raw meat and it is sold in kg, half kg usually serves one person but in some cases it goes up to 2 kg and more!! A customer has the privilege of choosing the part of meat from the displayed slaughtered bull that sometimes riches the number of 5-10 entire bulls!!! At least 75% of the population adores eating row meet and it is most definitely the countries number one dish.
