Built to be a museum dedicated to the former communist dictator of Albania, Enver Hoxha. Used to have a five pointed star on top, which was removed after the advent of democracy. Since then it has been called the Pyramid. Located in the foreground of the Pyramid is the Peace Bell, cast from expended shell casings fired during the period of anarchy and chaos in 1997.
