Not to miss! This place, started and as far as I know, still cheffed (is that a word?) by Mr. Prudhomme himself, is more wonderful than before. I must admit that a few years back, I was a bit put off by the 'community seating'. This was where you got seated with people you didn't know because... I don't really know why. I guess it could have worked out good for some people. I didn't like it. Now, they take reservations, you have your own table... it's nice. And packed. So MAKE reservations. I had the twin beef tenders with debris sauce (pronounced, "day-bree', but it means just what is says, debris. It is the leftover from the roast beef that was cooked earlier in the day). It's great!

  • the fact that this shares a block with the "bubba gump shrimp co." and its quasi-Cajun garbage is a travesty... but don't let that stop you from visiting this place! It's not their fault.
