It is a master-planned leisure and retirement homes development facility.
It is a self-contained residential community composed of clusters of 3-storey bedroom units.
Each building or villa has only 3 floors to eliminate the stiff and rigid ambiance of high-rise structures. The facade of each building had been designed to create a homey mood, making the residents feel that they are living in a villa.

2 of the buildings, namely: Villa Enrique and Villa Cecilia, with 128 condominium units, was inaugurated on May 20, 2006, together with the Amenities Building, otherwise known as the Clubhouse which has amenities such as the mini-theatre, library, function rooms, business center, medical clinic, gym and sauna, coffee shop, etc., as well as the swimming pools and all land improvements within Phase I of the project.
