Bachra is a colony established by Govt. Ventures for coal mines i.e. Central Coalfields Limited. Bachra is a lavishingly green place, although full of coal dust. Nearby Piparwar mines are one of the largest Open cast mines in India. There are lot many places for picnic spots here.
