The home of Cleveland's CBS, RESN, and Telemundo channels and home of CBS 19 & CLE 43 News and owned by Gray Television.

WOIO TV first signed on in 1985 as an independent channel before it became Cleveland's affiliate of the Fox Network when it launched in 1987. In 1994 the channel switched affiliations with WJW, a CBS affiliate. WOIO became the Cleveland CBS affiliate. Digital 19.1 carries the main CBS programming, Digital 19.2 carries the Me TV Network as well as MyNetowrkTV overnights, Digital 19.3 carries the Defy TV Network, and digital 19.4 carries 365BLK.

WUAB first signed on in 1968. Owned and operated by United Artists Broadcasting, it was a leading independent channel in the nation. It became the Cleveland UPN affiliate in 1994, when it was sold to the then-owners of channel 19. In 2006 it took on the affiliation of MyNetworkTV after WBNX TV took up The CW. In July 2018 it became a dual affiliate of The CW and MyNetworkTV after WBNX lost its affiliation. WUAB dropped MyNetworkTV in January 2019 moving it to 19. In 2025, The CW would return to WBNX TV 55 and WUAB would become an independent channel carrying select programming from RESN. Today the channel airs an independent channel on digital 43.1 Outlaw on 43.2, and Oxygen on 43.3.

WTCL-LD originally began on November 30, 1989 as low-power broadcast W47BE on channel 47 in 1989. On April 15, 1998 the station moved to channel 65 under the W65DL call letters. On January 12, 2000 the station got the call letter WXOX and became a full-time carrier of the Home Shopping Network. Initially exempt from the digital switchover on June 12, 2009 the station would go off the air on October 27, 2009 when its frequency was re-allocated to Verizon. In May, 2011 the station moved to analog channel 6 which can be received as audio on 87.7 FM. On September 9, 2012, the station returned to the air as "87.7: Cleveland's Sound" under the call letter WLFM. During that time the station carried an alternative rock format. On December 11, 2013 the station entered a Local Marketing Agreement changing it to a Spanish format under the name "La Mega 87.7". The station ended analog broadcasting on June 30, 2020 but then returned to the air on July 29, 2020 as an ATSC digital channel affiliate of JewelryTV. On July 29, 2021 the station was sold to Gray Television and moved its studios and operations right here. On January 1, 2022 it switch to Telemundo under the call letters WTCL. It produces Cleveland's only Spanish Language newscast and is also the flagship carrier of Rock Entertainment Sports Network.
