They get shown this quiet community by a slick talking real estate agent and before you know it, they buy a house here. After a few months they realize these houses were built in the back corner of the worst neighborhood in town known as VH. Nearby Central avenue often hosts residential burgularys (which are up over 75% more than last year by the way), drug trafficking, stabbings, shootings, and generally the one place in town you might not want to walk around at night in. Do your homework when you buy a house and save yourself the trouble.
