A lovely old James Miller building dating back to 1922, it originally housed the McLaren Warehouse and Repository. But don't let the classical exterior fool you - in the mid 1990s, the original guts of the building were demolished, and a new state-of-the-art office building for Co-Operative Insurance built behind the facade - opening in 1998.
