Philippines / Bicol / Bariw / Legazpi City
office building, interesting place, educational building

Built in 1920, it is the first building constructed in this campus and is one of the oldest existing buildings in Legazpi to have survived until today.

During it's early years, it was once home to the sister's convent, the administration offices(including the offices of the Directress, HS and GS Principal, Assistant Principal, Coordinators, Property Custodian, Treasurer, and registrar), the school dormitory, chapel, faculty room, sewing room, type writing room, home economics room, guidance office, music room, laboratories and all the classes of the Academy from elementary to highschool.

Due to space problems the Benedictines decided to build another building, the Santa Maria Building. The GS Department then transferred to their new home.

Today, after 90 years of existence, only the HS Library, Fcaulty room, chapel, admin offices and some HS sections are left in this building.
