Known for over twenty years as the IBM Tower, the eighteen storey, 216,690 sq. ft., office building was originally intended to be a twin to the TD Tower. However, it was only built about half as tall. A part of the Pacific Centre complex, the 78m tower was built in 1975 and designed by McCarter Nairne & Partners.
