  • Thank You for these listings.... I have seen this building...in fact, a friend of mine was looking at a condo for sale here. I was not at all impressed with the security. Basically, I am from Los Angeles, and the security was way, way, way over the top. This is, after all, Radnor- its not south Philly, or South LA-- The other thing I did not like about this location was everything I have seen is badly outdated for the price they are asking. Simply, every unit I have seen looks like 1970's maybe mid 80's design- its way over priced for that look. In the unit we looked at to buy, it was a small 1 bedroom and the price was to much for what it was. The bathroom needed gutted totally and the walls were some weird Pink/tan color-I banged my head on the low handing light fixture in the dining room or what they call a dining area. In the photos of these units you sent me, I was not at all overwhelmed. Nothing attracts me to his building or anything I have seen in it. Radnor is not West Hollywood, Santa Monica, or San Diego- Its not Malibu or Manhatten Beach,,,if you had this down in AC ok maybe. I also interacted with some of the home owners and even the listing agent who showed my friend the unit. In one case it was said, "a lot of movie stars have places here" which is total BS. Being from Los Angeles and doing personal protection for that crowd at like the Academy Awards, I asked, "like who?" Turns out nobody could name anyone who did anything- Radnor is not a place I see Ophra living to be blunt--seems like they were naming some step sister to someone who made a X rated movie, and that qualified the boast "movie stars live at Radnor House." Not impressed with this location or anything about it....it's simply a big over priced apartment building in a little nicer part of Philly with a bunch of snotty people who are clueless. Not the sort of neighbors I want. It looks a lot like a section 8 building we abated in Los Angeles for gang activity to be honest! If you have anything else--please do send it--but Radnor House is a BIG BIG PASS for me."
