The FEU Transformative University Resource Center (abbreviated as FEUture Center) is the newest building in the campus, primarily serving courses under the General Education curriculum. Its classrooms are designed to promote student collaboration, as part of the university's student centered approach to education (Flipped Classroom Learning). Instead of individual arm-chairs, all classrooms have distinct four to six-seater tables, encouraging discussion among students. Atop the building is a 300-seater audio-visual room, adding to the university's large-scale venues. Since the building faces outward to Lerma Street, access from inside the campus is made possible through the construction of a footbridge, connecting the FEUture Center to the Admissions and Engineering buildings.

Constructed began in 2018 with its completion being thrusted into 2021 due to restrictions under the COVID-19 pandemic.
