Between Comino and adjacent islet of Cominotto (Maltese: Kemmunett) lie the transparent, cyan waters of the Blue Lagoon (Maltese: Bejn il-Kmiemen, literally "Between the Cominos").

The real name is "Bejn il-Kmiemen". Blue Lagoon is of course a touristic name, i.e. invented for money. The high percentage of English place-names in the Maltese islands shows just how much they have been prostituted. | ||||
