Folland-HAL Gnat fighter aircraft displayed at 2 Air Force Section Board, Mysore. The dimunitive Gnat was aptly named Sabre Slayer during the 1965 air war with Pakistan - it proved to be the nemisis of a number of PAF Sabres. This example was modified by HAL to carry fuel in the wings (wet wings) and opimised for ground attack - it was renamed Ajeet, but retained it's superb manoeuverability. The registration E-2006 appears on the aircraft but probably not it's actual tail number.
