It is with great frustration that I'm writing this note. I have called the 0860103090 number on numerous occasions. We lived abroad for over 3 years and rented the house to tenants and the accounts were being sent to the letting agents' address at 18 Union Rd, Pinelands. On our return, I immediately called your offices to change the address back to 3 Coral Tree Rd, Thornton. I have also sent 3 e-mails but with no luck. People at the municipal offices must really think we are fools who have a lot of time to call them because nothing ever gets done. These are the various reference numbers that were given to me but with no results: 17288578, 17322518, 17883821, 17997252, 33651 & 18168217. A supervisor is supposedly never available to speak when I call and I was promised that someone will get back to me but this obviously never happens. I am expected to pay an account that never reaches me and they had the nerve to come switch off my water supply 3 days after a payment was made. Clearly, people are not doing their jobs there and I cannot even begin to describe the frustration I'm suufering at this blatant incompetence. How difficult is it to change an address???? The first request was made on 5 August - exactly 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
