Condominium complex housed in the historic Western State Hospital facility, a psychiatric hospital. The hospital was established in 1828, when it was known as Western State Lunatic Asylum. The complex was converted into a medium-security prison in the 1970s when the hospital vacated the property.

The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is now adaptively reused for residential and hotel purposes.
