This ten-story building was constructed in 1910 for the Second National Bank and some time later served as the Pittsburgh branch of the Cleveland Federal Reserve. The name "Victory Building" seems to have been adopted near the end of World War II, coincidentally or not. The building is now home to the Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh (www.ccpgh.org/ ).

Alternate address is 821 Liberty Avenue.
