  • pedro if you have not voted, then you should not speak as you have forfeited the right to speak bad or good for goa by not voting if you have voted, then you cannot call them wolves as goans have voted and selected the people sitting here so either way you cannot speak bad about the MLAs if you dont like one or two of them, dont vote for them next time, or influence others not to vote for them next time
