St. Paul's tube station is a London Underground stop on the Central Line in Zone 1. Due to the narrowness of the surrounding streets (the Central Line follows the route of streeets), the westbound tunnel had to be built above the eastbound tunnel: consequently the eastbound platform is the deepest platform on the London Underground.
