City of Winnipeg Tuxedo Yard

Mostly used for road construction materials storage, the Tuxedo Yard also features an abandoned, asbestos-ridden building in the north end of the yard filled with disused skateboard ramps. Propped up along the building's northern and western edges are road signs & barricades of varying descriptions. Since the yard is accessible only to city employees, it is common to find said city employees (usually engaged in the completion of a crossword puzzle, reading the newspaper, urinating, consuming marijuana, consuming tobacco, enjoying breakfast/lunch/dinner/a snack, sleeping, or any combination of the aforementioned), inside their parked (and often still running) city vehicle, which is hidden behind the above-mentioned abandoned building.
