As a matter of fact,in October,2002, a group of NGO's were at the Chief Minister's office at Komtar pertaining to the objection of Penang Outter Ring Road (PORR). During the dialogue,we brought up the subject of PTC . The then CM, Mr.Koh Tsu Koon gave the assurance to the Group that PTC will remain an open space. That is BN for you.
