A country club whose members include several Buffalo Sabres players and officials, but in 1993 denied membership to Sabres goalie Grant Fuhr, who is black.
An official for TVCC, would not say why Fuhr was rejected but said the decision was not because Fuhr is black. Fuhr said the club did not tell him why he wasn't allowed to join.
