Cultural center and samba school Vai Vai is one of the oldest and glorious in San Paulo. It was founded in 1930.
Vai Vai took the 1st place on Samba school contest during Carnaval Paulista for 14 times.
Also Vai Vai plays an important role in a community life of Bixiga/ Bella Vista neighborhoods.

  • Every year in January and February before the Carnival here at VAI VAI school location some rehersal parties are hosted. Events are scheduled for thursdays - saturdays with an average entrance fee around R$ 20 (February of 2012). Check the schedule of rehersal parties on vai vai web-site or in local media (e.g. Folha SP)
