Plantation Central Park is a large facility dedicated to athletics and recreation. It consists of:

The Frank Veltri Tennis Center - with 26 Har-Tru clay courts and 2 hard courts, this public facility is the largest of its type in South Florida. It plays host to the USTA Girls 14s National Clay Court Championships, USTA Men’s 35s National Clay Court Championships, the Plantation Men’s $10,000, and Women’s $25,000 Challenger.

Central Park Aquatics Complex - boasts two Olympic size pools, each 50 meters by 25 yards, and a 500 square foot water playground for toddlers. The facility regularly hosts swim and dive competition meets and is home to the Plantation Swim and Dive Teams, both ranked among the top in the nation.
