Is there any problem with cosmo project? please let me know I have booked a duplex here. my number M: 9343482002.

Cosmo is fraud organisation. has not purchased any land at cosmo-2, but has booked lots of plot and has grabed lakhs of rupees from purchasers. simple speaking cosmo is selling SPACE ( HAWA ). BE AWARE OF FRAUD ORGANISATION LIKE COSMO. DEMAND FOR ORIGINAL LAND DOCUMENTS BEFORE PAYMENT. A WELL WISHER.

Cosmo is an organization without any ethics and values.It's a very haywire organization.None takes resposibility there.Most of them are big touts including their chairman. I request everybody to play safe when investing there. They have not purchased any land for cosmo-2. It's all FRAUD. Beware !!!! Whatever Cosmo says 95% are lies. Please don't trust them.I know this with my personal experience with them.They are all SCOUNDRELS.

Please can any body tell me about this cosmo estate-2 bcoz we already booked a and there pls if any body have booked this land pls give ur mobile no. so that all doubts could be cleared. we have to be cautious in this project.pls i request those who have boked the land kindly contact me at this no.9853364433

Please do not rely on COSMO Infrastructure Ltd. They do hefty thefts. One would be lost in their politics and harassment.

Wheather the messages shown in this sheet are genuine ? Any authenticity can be provided about the comments ? I realy want to purchase a duplex from them .Pls contact. 09437035246.

Reasons:
1.Cosmo claims they have completed Cosmo Estate -1,any one can go and physically check the location...it's not even 50% complete. The due date of delivery was March 2007.7 months delay by now and never know when it would be completed.
2.They promised that there would be a temple,park,pond (with cement chairs around) and many more with community hall.But nothing is realised. The authenticity can be verified by visiting the location.
3.Cosmo claims there are 60 houses in CE-1. But it can be counted it's not more than 30 and out of that around 10 belongs to the land owner.The authenticity can be verified by visiting the location.
4.Cosmo feels they are not liable to attend telephone calls and write letters to their customers.
5.Nobody takes responsibility at COSMO. This is evident and everyone knows it very well after they make the booking.
6.One person has filed a legal suit in state court against them for harassment.The authenticity can be verified by visiting the court and local Indian Express Edition.
7.There is no quality check measure adopted at Cosmo.
8.Cosmo Claims that they would do 400 houses as 4 sectors at Cosmo -2.They have only acquired land for sector-1 and that too they are under legal obligation.There is litigation involved.
9.Cosmo Builder's Head is only busy structuring his life style rather than looking at professional committments.
10.Everyone is requested to take decision after proper evaluation.

Cosmo MD is taking a big personal loan to deliver the exisiting houses in Cosmo Estate -1. They don't have any money with them now. They ate away all people money and are now hiding not even responding to phone calls. What a fraud organization are you to loot money from people ?

I had visited the sites and made a analasys to my personal ability with all the network of people in bhubaneswar.Here below are some observations:
1)Good hoardings all over the city with a model displaying their message.
2)Trying to position themselves as a one stop solution for all housing needs.
3)Recently shifted office to a new and better location.
4)Employees got very good name plates and designations in offices.
5)Employees speak good english to connect to IT folks(who are definitly the largest customer base for housing needs from these builders)
6)Owner, a engineer by himself is on a Mercedes and avoids talking to customers(even though they are also from his engineering fraternity!!)
7)On a high level, it seems they have a high ambition and know how to market in a city like bhubaneswar.
The background seems different though:
1)In a legal hassle with cosmo-II. Need to check, do below:
a. Ask HDFC for loan, they say cosmo is blacklisted.
b. No bank gives loan if say cosmo project.
2)Location of cosmo-2 is not clear.You go to them through different channels, you will see different locations.
3)Not clear when project will start.

verdict:
Though their plan seems tempting, hold on and do an analysis before proceed.
