this is a natural spring which has been a primary source for tap water and irrigation. it also serves as a swimming resort. it becomes a hub of family or social gatherings. a must for all visitors. under a verdant canopy it is characteristically very clear, cool and sweet. comparatively the best. the municipal government invested much for its development since the 50s. Lagonglong public water system was developed ahead that of Cagayan de Oro City. claims of ownership of this precious resource however has been a subject of a court proceedings.
