The Sam F. Brewster Building was built in 1962 and is currently houses the Physical Facilities administrative offices, key office, carpenter shop, paint shop, mechanical shop, heating/air conditioning shop, electrical shop, and motor pool facilities, as well as storage for lumber, custodial, and maintenance equipment. It was named in honor of the director of planning, construction and maintenance of BYU.
