A criminally managed apartment complex, used to squeeze federal dollars from a mismanaged housing fund. Out of town investors stole millions from the federal government and the city of Columbus with false promises to renovate. In 2004 an ice storm severely damaged the dilapidated property and somone finally took notice. In the spring of 2007 demoliton was begun. Now we only need to find out what to do with the rats!
By November 2007 the place was leveled. What the future holds is still a mystery.
