This building comprises a parking garage, ground-floor stores and a mezzanine area that includes offices and the 75-seat Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre. The site was formerly occupied by Rosenbaum's department store (closed 1960) and the Jackman Building. The latter name is still used to refer to the current structure.
