Located at First Seaward Road, just close to the shore has 320 flats. It is cosmopolitan in nature with people from all over India residing.

Facilities like corporation water etc, have started coming one by one. However if all owners can unite, then, may be we stand a good chance to takeup the matters with corporation etc.

Though it has a registered association, unity is lacking to have good governance.

  • Once upon a time ..during the yr 1997-1999..Many ATLites lived in these apartments..they used to have really freaken good time in these flats.........those night shifts...sutta..chai..daru..road rash..paranoid... xxx clips n programming..in the office..hahahaha... until one day the ATL empire collapsed and the guyz out here moved to other cities in search of jobs...and I hope at present by GODs grace they all are settled well and doing good in life...soe of the names that i remember now is Naga the Don..Dilli ..kakey..shreedhar...reddy...kiran...sholey.Vel.. guyz if u bump into this location any time..please do write something in here..and share your expirience.. guess who has written this message ?????..Ofcourse the double o seven..bond ..james bond..
  • I was one of the ATLite. Those days have so mixed feelings..had lot of fun but so uncertain about the future, everyday day discussing about Rajkumar. I wan in 7th batch. Taught by Vidya. Vineet, Anand, Anjan, Hemang, Ashwini, Tejal, Vinay, Neeraj..were few batchmates.
  • I'm also one of the residents of Sea View Apartments, formerly TNHB Flats. It's good to have a view of your apartment from the satellite. With this advancement in science and technology, it will soon become possible to get to view even insides of houses. Who knows? We can even locate people... Hats off to science... I love G.I.JOE, He-Man and Spider-Man toys. I love Cartoons.
