The east coast version of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the Playground at Caesar's is an indoor, upscale shopping center constructed on the site of the Ocean One Mall, which closed in the early 2000s. Access can be gained via the Boardwalk (first level) or via a skyway from Caesar's itself (second level).

Over 40 retailers, including Gucci, Louis Vitton, and Apple Computers, fill the property's first two levels, while nearly 10 restaurants encompass the uppermost floor, including Continental, Buddakahn, and Game On! Sports Bar. A double-level candy store and eatery, It'Sugar, makes its home on the edifice's first level and provides direct access to the boardwalk.
