The majority of the spots in the North Parking area are for C parking passes which are for 1 person cars. There is also parking for the DiLorenzo Health Clinic, Press Parking, Official Vehicles, Visitors and Construction employee parking. You do not have to wait very long to get a pass. |
I took the metro for the first 9 months working at the Pentagon and it was a nightmare. First you have to get to the metro station. This involves standing in the outside, regardless of the weather like a homeless bum, waiting for a bus to take you. You could also drive and park at the metro station, but if you're you're going through that trouble, why not just drive the rest of the way to the Pentagon? Parking at metro stations is just as bad as the Pentagon.
The main reason I stopped using the metro was because I hated being on somebody else's schedule. When I'm off work, I want to walk outside & feel free. Get in my car, turn on the radio and head home. Riding the subway or bus, I felt like I was still at work. |
