  • Hi, I grew up in the Philippines, my "adopted-uncle" Roddy Rodriguera was a survivor of the Bataan Death March. He managed to escape & join the Philippine resistance army. his stories of courage, valor & daring were & are a great inspiration to me to this day. His daily example of honour & even forgiveness, showed me the best possible example growing up. I salute the memory of all those brave American & Filipino Soldiers, they shall not grow old as we that are left behind grow old, age shall not weary them, at the going down of the sun we will remember them. Humbly, Ed Blundell
