This is the Area that Suzette Nicolas (AKA Nicole) was Dumped Half Naked at the Alava Pier. Nov 1 2005. By two U.S Servicemen Silkwood and Daniel Smith. Smith had Raped Nicole, a Visitor from Zamboanga on Vacation to Subic with other members of her Family. The driver of the Hyundai Starex van was Soriano who was an accomplice to the rape. he deleberetly drove slow and paked the van anumber of times to proloing the rape. which had occured during the trip from the Neptune club to the Alava pier. Which is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Alava pier.

Smith was found Guilty and convicted on Dec 4 2006 for rape. He recieved a 40 year sentence.
