  • been there for about 2 years.. worst! one of talam's project. the lift very unreliable... the swimming pool? water looks like "air laici". lots of niggers livin and drunk here. my advice - STAY AWAY! ..but that is 4 years back then... things may change... :)
  • almost 5 years i've lived here as a tenant,so far no problem,but just today i've encountered a person,which no words can't describe the behaviour,a fact that this a condo means that every unit has got allocated parking space,this not a flat or a low cost housing,if you are a tenant,means you are allocated 1 lot for parking,common sense will tell you space is for all,it need to be shared cause in reality this world is meant to be shared.as i am not able to drive cause of my age and eye sight,it was empty for so long,so i sublet it, i dont think its a crime,yet people think otherwise,thus making it so difficult,well to abide by this rediculous rule of a certain person who think and claim to have so much power on this building,i take back my access card and sticker, which of no use by the way, cause it is blocked,my question is,what harm will it do to you or to this building if i rented out my parking space,????if you dont think and care about people,i can really say i am sorry for you,,,,you shouln't be here,thanks for being rude and hope you will change for the better,and the world will be a better place to live in,NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW HERE IN MALAYSIA AND THAT INCLUDES YOU,SIR,
  • try to do your job properly, if its not possible to rent out parking space ,then how come some units has got 2 3 or even 4 parking lot,,why the double standards, is that also in the house rules???
