This is Siphumelele 3 shaft which is part of the Rustenburg Section and it was formerly known as Bleskop shaft. Rustenburg Section also includes: (Khomanani Mine, Bathopele Mine, Thembalani Mine, Khuseleka Mine) and is 100% managed and owned. This shaft provides access to the Merensky and UG2 Reefs, the formations from which the ore is extracted.
