The Anwarul-Uloom Educational Association has served the Nation with Quality Education since decades. Under its aegis are 26 institutions, imparting instructions in the field of education that is unmatched in the whole Country. A non-political, non-commercial, socially-oriented Association. For decades past it has been the only source of modern education for the Muslim community. With an overwhelming growth its activities have covered almost every level of education from Primary Level to Ph.D.
The Anwarul-Uloom Educational Association is one of the oldest educational associations in Hyderabad. The idea behind forming the Association was conceived by the Late Moulvi Mohammed Abdur Razzak Saheb, the Late Moulvi Jawahir Khan Saheb and a few other public-spirited Hyderabadis in 1908 at the time when private effort in the field of education was rare and the Muslims of Hyderabad were not sufficiently alive to the value of education.
In the course of time the Primary School developed into a Middle School and by 1936 it
had become a High School having Urdu as the medium of instruction. Later parallel classes in English were added. The Anwarul-Uloom College of Education was started in 1988-89. The Anwarul-Uloom College of Business Management was started in 1988-89, followed by the Anwarul-Uloom College for Computer Studies in 1991-92 Autonomous status was granted by the U.G.C./ State Government/ Osmania University, with effect from the academic year 1988-89.
