There were three arm bones of the Japanese Jesuit saints: John, Paul, and James, crucified in Nagasaki in 1597. The bone of John is a "radius," those of Paul and James are "ulnae". They were sent from Macao and venerated in Manila for the first time in 1630. - William C. Repetti, SJ, "A Guide to old Manila"
