Is home to several five storey medium-rise residential building condominium type, developed by DMCI Homes. It is now composed of twelve, 5-story buildings. According to the master plan a 13 residential building, is supposed to be constructed inside this place. But the Kiwi building is abandoned and did not materialize to be made.

Its amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, gym, fitness center, function hall, game room, convenience store and pocket gardens/playgrounds.

Update: All the buildings and structure stated above are already completely finished and operational as of June 10, 2011. The map image is not yet updated to show the whole complete building structure.
