Eight storey, 81 single occupancy room hotel constructed in 1912. Known as the Maple Hotel until 1935, it became the Washington Hotel until it was renovated in 2014 as part of BC's SRO Renewal Initiative and was renamed the Maple Hotel

  • there is no bar here. it is 7 floors of single rooms.there is one washroom on every floor.elevator is for staff only.this is part of the portland hotel society.
  • This building suffered a third alarm fire between the 2nd and 4th floors, at the rear of the building, on February 5, 2009.
