The University of Delaware General Services houses support functions for the University. The building was constructed in 1948 as a factory and acquired by the University in 1964.

The General Services Building was formerly a factory building originally used for the manufacture of mayonnaise and, later, cosmetics. Acquired by the University in 1964, the building currently houses support functions of the University including Procurement Services, OCM-Publications, University Printing and Campus Delivery, along with the U-DEL Federal Credit Union offices.
