183-foot, 18-story postmodern hotel completed in 2006. Designed by Peter F. Poon, it is set back from the street, with a long, curved metal-and-glass canopy extending out to the sidewalk. The facade has two orange/tan-painted brick piers framing a curtain wall of clear and dark-tinted windows and spandrels, and silver metal framing. There are two bays of dark-tinted glass separating three narrow bays of more transparent windows. Every third floor, the piers have square tan decorative panels with compass points.There is a small setback above the 16th floor.

Originally the Wingate Inn operated by Wyndham Hotels, it is now the Henn na Hotel. It has 92 guest rooms. Along with the hotel lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Asura Asian Bistro.
