PRR Belvidere-Delaware Branch (Mostly Abandoned)

 Upload a photo
This was the Pennsylvania Railroad's Belvidere-Delaware branch, or 'Bel-Del' for short. It ran from the PRR's New York City-Washington main line (now Amtrak Northeast Corridor) at Trenton to Belvidere, NJ. The line was abandoned by Conrail around 1980. The tracks were removed between Trenton and Lambertville and between Lambertville and Milford.

The line between Milford and Belvidere is used by a tourist railroad. A short segment in Lambertville, where the PRR's Flemington branch split off, was used by another tourist railroad until 1998; it currently sits abandoned.
